I build marketing engines for companies in the messy growing-up phase, where there's no playbook, no infrastructure, and no time to wait for either. I ran enterprise marketing at Salesforce, then was the first marketing exec at Harvey. Working inside both taught me what transfers and what doesn't.

My core thesis: AI products fail more from a lack of behavior change than a lack of product capability. Go-to-market has to center on real practitioners and peer-led storytelling. And you can't build marketing without equally building the systems behind it. AI has compressed the cost of building product, so execution isn't the moat anymore. Values, narrative, and taste aligned to your audience are.

I gravitate toward companies where the technology is defining, the stakes are existential, and the customers can't stop talking about the product.
